How long have you worked for Kingfisher? 2 ½ years

Talk us through a typical day? Contacting existing and potential customers to see if they have any louvre requirements for projects they’ve secured or that they’re tendering for. Providing quotes and all the required technical information. Generally supporting customers from initial enquiry to order dispatch.

What do you enjoy about your role? Every day is a school day and no two days are the same. My colleagues are the best and teamwork really does make the dream work. Cheesy but it’s true.

I can’t get through the week without… Lucozade, it’s my replacement for tea and coffee as I don’t like either.

What did you want to be when you grew up? A police officer.

Favourite film? The Notebook, I had never cried at a film before I watched this.

Favourite TV show? I don’t watch a lot of TV, if I do it has to get me hooked or I will lose interest and pick up my phone.

Morning person or night owl? Night owl

Met anyone famous? I once passed Steven Gerrard and his family at Manchester Airport on my way to Cancun.

Staycation or exotic holiday? Exotic holiday always!

Favourite food? Partial to a good steak!

Favourite drink? Flavoured vodka

Ideal dinner party guests (past or present)? My close family and friends

Three things to take to a desert island? My daughter Keira and my dog Bella Boo and plenty of food as I would not be planning on returning home.
